Good Day All!

I tried to start my MC21 (bump start only), gas and choke were on, and she started up. I reved motor a little and then turned choke off, she then died. I tried repeatedly bump starting and she would not start again. I checked the plugs and they were very wet. So I know fuel is is getting to cylinders. Any suggestions to getting excess fuel out of motor or just plain getting the bike started?
