You'll need to slap another set of plugs in it!
Leave them out first, and kick the motor over a good few times (or run it up and down if no kickstarter) to vent the cases a little, and then fit the new (i.e. dry) plugs.
Should fire up then. Don't give it any throttle when it first starts up - it's really easy to flood the NSR when you first fire them up.
The original plugs should be OK with a little clean, once they are fully dry. Some people say they should be replaced as they'll never work again, but I've never experienced that myself.
