Looks sweet.
As regards the carb setting to help it start, put everything else back to std (140 mains sounds OK) inc the 21 flywheel etc and it should be fine, mine (and Billys old SP) both can be started with your hand on the kickstart easily, there's a bit of a knack to getting the piston in the right place, try and feel it, there's a spot just after the kickstart is hardest to push, that's the place to give it a couple of decent pushes/kicks and it should go.
Choke on if it's cold (the engine, not the air) otherwise no choke and don't even think of touching the throttle until it's running.
Make sure the battery has decent charge.
