Forgot mention that with out the help of this forum i would not do this project alone, I had no idea about NSR internals before.

This is an example how powerful is to use the knowledge of others on your benefit. Everything on this project is based on this forum

as for the starting problem, i believe a big reason is that the bike has an MC18 alternator/flywheel, therefore this ignition layout makes the bike difficult to start. Battery is in top condition and well charged by the charging system though.
