Most, if not all Jap bikes will run Gasohol (ethanol 5%). I think Honda sorted this out some time ago. However, it might be worth fitting new fuel lines and carb seals etc if you're in any doubt as if they're new there's more chance of them withstanding the alcohol.

One thing you could do to prolong the life of the rubber bits is to drain the carbs at the end of a ride, or just switch off the fuel and run it dry before leaving it. To be honest though, 5% is not gonna do damage.

As for jetting, the extra oxygen in the fuel might mean that you can go a jet size up, especially if you're on the edge to start with.
