Why don't you just get the barrel/piston kits, and a couple of 125 cranks or con-rod kits, and press apart a 250 crank, and measure everything up, and build it?

Sounds easy when you say it fast Vin!

Then you have powervalve cables, coolant pipes, head outlets that are bound to be in the wrong place, exhausts to build, etc., etc., etc.!!

TYGA already makes a high quality bolt-on kit... time for someone else to do the R&D maybe?
