despite starting first kick a couple of days earlier. Have gas and spark so that doesnt seem to be the issue. I do have a "pumping or whirring" type noise coming from beneath the tank when I turn the ignition on.....so I am thinking its the servo motor. Anything to llok for check before I pull the tank off.
