I tried to blag a pair of cylinders off of each "big bore" manufacturer, with the view to seeing what would be involved in making the super tanker NSR.

Basically, no one wanted to give stuff away, or even offer any sort of sensible discount, and this would have started costs for the kit at around $1000 before I had even so much as offered the barrel up to the cases, and I can be 100% sure that (just like the NSR150SP) it ain't gonna fit without hacking away!

Then, for the massive pistons we'd need to change the rods (as Vince says), so there's more cost. Then we'd probably have to supply the complete crank, blah, blah, blah. We're already up around the $2000 mark. Ouch!

Anything's possible.
