, I also informed them this morning and am awaiting a reply, but it is the holiday weekend so i should probly allow till tuesday at least in case there away for the holiday. Give them plenty of opportunity to redeam themself, or am i to soft on them?

and only intrested in money coming in. Hopefully it is a genuine mistake and they will refund me, i should probley ask for the cost to send it back to be added on to my refund to ,what do you think? But to be honest i think i be putting this one down to experience
