so the 28 can be fully deristriced if u use a splice? however, you will loose the speedo, neutral light, etc (headlights?)

so buying a fairly "expensive" (mc28) bike (only to mod it and loose half the road gear ) isnt worth it if you ask me... ill stay to the 21

having that said, im hoping the 21 wont lose its road gear...just have a better ignition map (ie 3rd) to use in 4th, 5th and 6th?
