Looks like we got well shafted! The guy I was dealing with and indeed elz7173 is called "Nick" The bank details in that other post are the very same ones except the name which was Wai Ki Chiu.
Im going to the local Police to see if there is any hope for us, or indeed hope for stopping him ripping others off!
