All of 80kgs eh?
Well, there masy be nothing you can do about that if you're a strapping lad, but I got rather fanatical when I was racing the 250.
I was 59kgs on the nose. I trained like a loon, and if I hit 60kgs then I'd run another 10kms to shed that extra kilo.
Now I'm 67kgs and still train, but no where near as crazily as I did before, and no longer do I read all the nutrition labels on the food in the supermarket!
