Before you try that, just open up the system. Open up both bleed nipples on the calipers, and the reservoir lid. Fill it right to the top with fluid, and just leave it for a few hours for everything to settle up. Make sure you keep checking the MC reservoir, just to make sure it doesn't run dry. Tighten up the nipples and it should, if nothing is faulty, pump up as normal with a little normal bleeding...
