You can't bore the TA32 very far before you break through the casing. I seem to recall it's only about 33mm... ask Steve what his F3 goes like with the 32mm carbs!
95 plugs are actually 9.5's. Stick with the BR9ECM's unless you are racing and find you can actually benefit from them. I run a NGK R5300A-10 in the lower cylinder on my 250, but only because it's virtually impossible to find a 9 these days.
I don't think the 10 really helps with my cold starts either!
