go buy a spanner wrench and use it on your shock as well as your pro arm adjuster.

As for chain lube and my RS250? Phfft... I replace them before the crap that comes on them wears off. Much easier then spraying on some lube that's going to fling off and then needing to clean my rims couple times a day.
