i done the wire splice today before the ride, and my mechanic said on the phone that it was a partial seize * im just lucky i roll started it at 100+kms

i read another post on similar, done wire splice and few weeks later at 150kms,
engine stoped and wheel locked up?

is this due to more stress from splice? splice requires jetting adjustments?

can i adjust my oil* screws so more oil is being injected? much help apprecciated guys,
