the second one is under the tank.
so u dont have to tak the fairing of just take the tank off.

sounds like you may have some dirt in the carbs or maybe an airlock. have you tried with the petrol cap off? as if the vent is blocked it can stop petrol flowing.

has the bike been run regulary and with decent petrol and 2t oil?
