You can get the outer parts here http://www.sp125racing.com/RS125%20Bodywork_Fairings.htm or just ask Honda, they are standard on RS125 and 250. But the inner part is welded on the frame.

I too have been looking for someone to make a substitute for a NSR, using the existing holes, to make it possible to use the real thing without having to weld on the frame
