i think hes talking about the header tank for the rad dave. if i read this right we are talking disconnecting the rad header tank, and plumbing it in to the oil system to give another oil tank. i would not disconnect the header tank. its there to collect the water pushed out the rad as the coolant heats and expands. and returns it to the rad as it cools. the fact that your coolant level never drops shows you cooling system is in good working order. with such a small amount of coolant in the nsr engine even a small loss could cause trouble.
