Unless you really want a '28 they aren't a wise choice, very expensive to buy, a lot of money to derestrict properly and impossible to retain all the road kit if you do.

Bide your time and you'll get a really nice '21sp for a lot less, the odd shop tries to pass them on for '28 money but the reality is £2.5 - £3k gets you a minter like this.
