M16 coil off a MC21 or multimetre check?

hi, here are the values for testing the coil using your multimeter.

Primary resistance - 0.1~0.3 Ohm
Secondary (no cap) - 2~4K Ohm
Secondary (cap) - 5~11K Ohm
