You "should" be able to get one from Honda. You'll need the part number (from the Online Parts Manual) and PIN number off the PGM (little silver sticker behind the instrument panel).

If Honda won't talk to you, then you may need to go the HRC card route. You'll still need the PIN number off the PGM, but you will need an HRC seller to get the card for you.
