Mail and ask, it's Gavin at Jap4Performance, they're a UK importer of Tyga stuff and such like, he's totally legit and above board.
It must do the wire splice, it can't really derestict the bike as the "problem" is deeper seated on the '28 than just a couple of wires (ignition curve is all wrong and pipes have big washers in them).
