It doesn't really matter, as no-one can tell you what it is by frame number except Honda, and I've only ever heard of one person that claimed to have managed to verify the exact model and year with them.

Mine is a 1991 MC21SE, but it has Magteks, so as far as anyone is concerned now it's an SP! I'd never sell it under false pretences, but as far as spec is concerned, it's certainly not an SE anymore!

ALL NSR250's are Japanese imports. They were never officially exported to ANY country outside of Japan. There was a small number imported into one European country (which one, I can't remember) for a local race series, but it was still unofficial.
