Unforunately for those of us who are track bound to quote the ACU;
"The only liquid engine coolant permitted is water".

That is the rule if you race and really it's the done thing if you track day a bike at all, anti freeze and/or corrosion inhibitor are all slippy and don't evaporate, water does.
