The caliper mounts on the VFR forks (I'm assuming you mean NC30) are spaced for 296mm discs, so no, the MC16 discs won't work.

You can probably use the MC16 wheel with the correct spacers, but the way to go is to transplant the entire front-end along with some MC18 or MC21 triple clamps.
