Remember that all over the world countries refere to other nationalitys by abreviations all the time.

Ausie's
Scott's
Japs
Rusky's
etc etc

I lived in Thailand for a long time and every foreigner of European decent was refered to as Phalang pronounced Fa-lang, every were the TV, press, media and day to day people.

Maybe we should say the Japanese but were all to lazy, the shout of racist is a strong one becarefull were it goes.
