They're worth buying new Dan to be fair, the carbs then go in sooo easily, it's a real pain when the rubber's old and cracked.

The manual on the site is misleading here, the diagram reference number on the parts number grid is wrong as parts 2 and 3 in the list shouldn't be there, all parts below that are thus in the wrong place. The correct part number for the insulator is 16210-KV3-950. They're about £30 and still available from Honda, or they were last summer.
