Not really CoolHand...... I'm saying that a titled NSR in the states(not just Cali) is worth more, period. They're not common here, and to have a legal for the road NSR is even less common. I'm sure I could sell my now Pennsylvania titled MC21 to someone in Cali and there would be no problem with the title transfer. Once it has been issued a US title with it's VIN, you're done.

And yes, there will be questions about the title transfer... Due to the 11 didgit VIN's, I had some problems with mine too.

And, it's not a Cali emmisions thing...... It's an EPA thing, nation wide. On top of that, any US vehicle needs to wear a NHTSA tag..... NSR's don't have them...... So, NSR's are completely illegal here. They are not supposed to be let across the border.... At all.

There won't be many more coming here..... Titled ones = more cash
