Scary as it sounds I'm running the smallest jets supplied in the HRC kit on mine with open carbs.

I will confirm the point Andy makes all the time that every motor is different as mine hasnt seized yet and still feels fluffy on 165's if I remember correctly.

I used 175's when it was only a little 250 ,now it's a big 300, i'll stick in me 195's and see how it runs.
What about running it and heat cycles etc etc?
