I spent the day on the dyno today with not very much luck. I ran the bike with jetting i had with the stock pipes (132m/j) and the slowly upping the jetting all the way to 165 m/j with little or no effect (all with the modded air box in place)

With this set up the bike makes poor power (52bhp at peak) but will rev out to about 12,000 sluggisly..

As a last ditch effort before i jumped off a bridge or went to a pub i pulled the air box off and replaced it with 2 foam filters. Guessing at 138m/j i got the best run off 57bhp but the bike wouldnt rev passed 11,000.

After that every time i put the air box within a foot of the bike it would kill the peak power, yet this air box with the stock pipes made 62bhpand was near perfect.

I tryed quite alot of testing with no air box at all and coudl still only get 53-54 bhp at best... for some reason these tyga pipes seem to need the 2 foam filters... someone.... anyone.... please help me here... lol all i want is my 62bhp back

No one can get me a jet kit for the MC18 or tell me if i need to modifiy the air solinoid (pardon spellin im tired and cant think) like you do with the MC21 when fitting a jet kit.

what could i be doing wrong?? Im going to be on the dyno again tomorrow tryin to see if i can improve on my set up with the 2 foam filters as this is the only set up that looks anything liek what it should... but why wont it rev to 12000!! lol ahhhhhh

Thanks everyone
