1. Run it up to "normal" temp by blipping the throttle like Matt says, to about 5000rpm.
2. 60 second check-over for leaks, and top the rad up if necessary.
3. 15 minute break for a cup of tea.
4. 3~4 mile ride, 30~60mph, up to about 9000rpm to Devonport.
5. Hand bike to StephenRC45 who then canes the crap out of it on the dyno for the next hour!
Still goes like a train, and is jetted a little more extreme now... well, it does have more than 10 miles on it now after all!
