As Steve said you need the discs, and calipers from the rvf, the stem from the nsr. You can use the nsr wheel with vfr spindle and spacers, rvf clip ons and yolks. I had to modify the lock stops on mine, the forks are set a bit wider and they fouled the radiator cap on full lock.
The ignition switch is positioned differently on the rvf yolks which means the steering lock doesnt align correctly but still kind of works! It also blocks your view of the indicator light on the insturment cluster which means you ride around with your indicators flashing a lot
