You could always try fitting NF5 cylinders and heads to an NSR bottom end. That works. You can even use the NSR twin ring pistons. Been there done that. I believe Stephen has also fitted NF top ends, so itmust be easy
Was looking at an NX5 top end the other day. Yep, a couple of mods and that'd bolt right on
