Maybe Jap4 had the incorrect price on the site?!

The price for basic pipes and alloy silencers from TYGA's site is actually £408.97 with standard EMS shipping. Regardless of what anyone tells you, there is a definite chance of additional duties on that price, and Parcelforce will also charge you an additional £16 "admin fee" if you do get lumbered by UK customs.

Yes, Jap4 will make £21 + dealer discount on that deal, but the pipes are local, and there are definitely NO additional charges. Jap4 also has additional overheads that quickly eat up those margins. Also, to ge the dealer discounts, a certain level of stock is most likely needed to be maintained.

If customs does take a bite, work on 21% of the declared value + shipping (it should be 17.5% + 10%, but it generally gets charged at the lower rate), + Parcelforce's £16. Remember too, that the goods will only be insured to the declared value should something go wrong.
