2nd hand pistons aren't worth a penny, it's just that they tend to arrive with second hand barrels.

New rings are worth having, the piston kind of is if it's old, reusing base and head gaskets is sketchy, the bearing...maybe...the clip, may as well, they're pence...the pin, what the? No one ever has seen a piston pin fail I'm sure.
