What part of NSW are you in? The NSR is surprisingly quite easy to get access to for parts and what not, but finding one at a good price with minimal work is hard
Dry clutch for the road, IMHO, is more for poser value, I am a dry clutch fan though
It depends on how you feel about adjustable suspension (SE/SP), or if you are happy to get the R and get all the good suspension bits yourself (VFR400 front end, better rear shock). You know the differences between the R,SE,SP right?
