KTM has a killer 125 dirtbike engine. Seeing that the NSR engine is *almost* identical in porting to the 2000-2004 (pretty pathetic) CR125, I think that the KTM cylinders in a v-twin format would be awesome! Pair that with a better clutch and tranny than the NSR, and you would have a really good, strong engine. And it would be more reliable than the RS.
I would personally like to have the Tyga 300 kit, but am a little skeptic as to how the tranny will hold up. Get 70hp or more, and the NSR starts having some issues.
