I have not been able to check the plug wires, that will be the next thing I check. I could see a small spark on the plug when the ignition card was in and all the lights on the displace were working. Should I have voltage on the ignition coils without kick starting or moving the flywheel. Also does anyone know if the locking system on the mc28 might have anything to do with not allowing a spark from the coils kind of like a security system might work? Thanks for the help.
