All the HRC loom and HRC delimiter harness let you do is run a nice tidy loom with no bits of wire you don't need rather than some Medusa mess that will probably short circuit just as the final call goes out for your race. You need both bits, the HRC main loom has no black plug to take the PGM, it has the other half of those odd plugs that are on the delimiter harness instead.
This is race/track bike only, no road kit provision and is totally a worthwhile mod for a bike that doesn't run any road kit, the stock wiring loom is in the same league as the oil pump/bottle, i.e. massive, in the way, weighs a ton and generally very annoying. The HRC one is just the few wires needed.

They do nothing a wire spliced normal loom doesn't do, all the mc21's trickery is in the PGM and as you have to hack a standard loom up to fit the "delimter" it does seem rather an odd thing to fit on a roadbike.
