Always helps to know exactly which model people are dealing with when asking technical stuff!
As for jetting advice, you will have no doubt read before in other posts, that every bike is different. I have known cases where MJ need to be smaller after a wiresplice, airbox mod and cans, and others where the jetting is increased! The only sure fire way of knowing is a plug chop, but for safety's sake, go up a couple of MJ sizes first and then work back down.
It is unusual to need to change the needle position with those limited modifications. You start to play with needle position when using the HRC emulsion tubes and air correctors, and open carbs, as these variables effect the mid-range transition a lot more.
