The RC v/v servo cycles as it should with the TPS disconnected,however the servo doesn't operate with the motor running.The v/vs are free to move(cleaned them anyway).I was going to swap the PGM to my other bike to check,but that motor expired so thats not possible,i don't want to risk a PGM!!could it be the TPS?I only say this because the servo does cycle-moving the v/vs and turning the ignition on,they reset.
