Dan, is this the correct place to be trying to rubbish somebody's reputation?
I don't know the story and I wouldn't wish to. Reading a bunch of e-mails, which may be out of context and not knowing the before or after story, would not sway me to believe that Paul or Matt would be anything but professional. If it was my business being discredited, I would contact my lawyer's US office immediately.
Well, at least it's easy to see where you stand.
And if you did read the emails you would see that I am not "rubbishing" anyone's reputation.... Simply posting what occurred (FROM THE BEGINING TO THE END, IN THE ORDER IT HAPPENED - NOTHING EDITED, NOTHING DELETED, NOTHING CHANGED, NO BAD INTENTIONS, --- Just a feeling of responsiblity to those here who have helped me in the past, A sense that before they buy expensive parts, they MAY, and therefore should have the oppertunity to KNOW THE TRUTH. No more no less...
Why are you sooo afriad to have the truth in black and white. (Mario and Paul have a copy of each email that was sent too... If I am lying about this it will become obvious and I will be disgraced , my word will mean nothing, so what are you scared of,,,, I might be right? I encourage the emails to be read by those who plan on doing business with these individuals if they have any concerns about how it will turn out.
It is feedback on a transaction that went to pot. That is why is MUST be aloud to continue.
I invite any litigation, (it won't come) For a case of slander to be successfully argued in court, THE "SLANDER" MUST BE A FALSEHOOD THAT DAMAGES SOMEONE'S REPUTATION....
THERE IS NO SLANDER WHERE THE "FACTS" OR "STORY" IS TRUE. IF ANYONE'S REP IS HURT, IT WILL BE BY THEIR OWN HAND.
If you give me your email David I could send you what I have and then you would , at least, be argueing from a more informed position. And if my ignorance , lack of education or what have you.... Causes you not to be able to understand what the intent of the sentance I have spelled is, let me know and I will give you the translation. Regards Dan
