Hoping to go and look at what looks a well sorted MC21 SP (1991)

What sort of things should I be looking at as a buyer.

From the photos looks standards and has had a new paint job.

Waiting to talk to the owner to ask a few questions about engine rebuilds, work done etc.

In Sterling what sort of money are these worth?
