There used to be a very spurious imported in Canada, that promised the world, and provided some amazing photos of bikes "ready to be shipped pending customs/export clearance". Many of the bikes never appeared, and the ones that did were crap by all accounts.
I would advise you NOT to buy any bike you can't inspect before hand, unless you are spending "throwaway" money and treat any purchase as a project.
I think you would be better off finding a bike in Canada or the northern USA. Plenty of them about.
