My Ethos chamber touches the Gull-Arm on the right. The TYGA manifold can often be twisted in the collar slightly to "push" the right chamber out a few MM.

Now the system's fitted, try slackening off all the bolts, and "jiggling" the pipe around a little at the downpipe. You may find you can gain those couple of MM as you tighten it all back up.
