I wouldn't worry too much about a spares package so long as the price is right, and the overall condition is good, as you can still get everything for the NX5/NXA. If it were an NF5, then it would need some serious consideration, as parts for those are becoming difficult (but still not impossible) to source.

Even a bike that comes with spares is usually going to have used spares not new, anyway! A GP crank with a few hundred miles on it isn't of much use to anyone really, and no-one's going to "give away" too many $100+ pistons without adjusting the sale price accordingly!
