Nope.

Well, to be pedantic, yes and no! There shouldn't be any difference, but if you are aiming for maximum power you want to measure a selection of SE/SP barrels and pick two that are identical. They can all vary very slightly due to manufacturing tolerances and depending on whether they've had a replate at some time (the platers often "deck" the barrels after a replate).

The same can be said for the heads. They need to be carefully measured and picked to match eachother.

If you are just after a good relaible factory setup, then any SE/SP head & barrel configuration should give you 60~62hp. My matched parts, matched to the cases, and optimised setup gives 66~68hp.
