Only if it says it's suitable for a wet clutch. The synthetic I use specifically states "not to be used in wet clutch transmissions".

I don't know about mixing synthetic and mineral based transmission oils though. If you mix them, then I would strongly advise a proper flush of the system.

Personally, I can't see why you would have a problem using the Honda specified 10/30W oil?
