Quick/simple mods: F3 shock linkage, drop the front-end about 10mm, pull the black/blue bullet connector by the back light, and 4 x 20mm holes in the airbox, clean the air filter and dry it out.

Should have around 61hp, a nice crackly exhaust, and pretty sweet handling if the suspension is in good condition.
